We are excited to see the students in just TWO MORE SLEEPS!!!!
Our fencing is not yet completed so there is safety fencing around the school grounds. Please be extra careful coming into the school through the fenced areas.
For the first week we will be training our senior students in a range of reponsibilities.
This means there will be no heat ups available for week one.
Lost Property has been moved to the foyer for you to easily seee and have a look through. All named items that were left at school are in the cane basket in this space.
A couple of reminders as we prepare for the new school year:
1. We are A NUT FREE SCHOOL (this includes items labelled ‘may contain traces of nuts’) . We have several children with severe nut allergies and other students and staff who are allergic to nuts in varying forms.
2. Despite the intermittent weather, sunhats are compulsory uniform in term one. Sewing a bit of colour into the hat or a small button or badge is an easy way for the children to identify their own hat and stop the losses.
3. Canterbury shorts / pants are NOT Salford School uniform.
4. We have a parent / whanau information evening on HERO on Wednesday (3rd February) starting at 6:45pm in the school hall. We will explain how the programme works, what you can see and what all the reporting means.

We look forward to seeing everyone at school ready for a great year of fun and learning together starting on Monday!
